Scalable:

How it Works

  1. Submit your project.

    1. When you’ve completed the form, we recommend you sign up for a time to review your application.

  2. We will work with you to draft a proposal that will include: a scope of work, timeline, vendors, reimbursement maximum, and cost estimates.

  3. The proposal must then be approved by IW’s Investment Committee.

  4. Then the proposal will be put into a contract.

  5. Once the contract is signed, the project begins. When you provide proof an eligible expense has been incurred, IW will reimburse you for 50% of each eligible expense up to the grant cap stated in the contract.

    1. Reimbursement checks are cut on the 1st and 15th of each month and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

  6. The grant concludes at the date specified in the contract or when the reimbursement cap is reached, whichever comes first.

  7. At the conclusion of the grant, we will send you a final report that summarizes the impact of the project.

    1. Here is a copy of the final report template

  8. You will also be required to complete an impact survey annually for 3 years following the conclusion of the grant.

    1. Here is an example the impact survey

  9. If you have other questions or suggestions, don’t hesitate to schedule a call!
