Matthew is a scientist by nature, an engineer by training, and an entrepreneur by choice. His varied career includes working as a Teaching and Research Assistant at Penn State, a Mechanical Engineer in the nuclear industry, opening & running a makerspace, and inventing his own product. He now manages Innovation Work’s Manufacturing initiatives, runs an Ecommerce business, and has a passion for inspiring and helping entrepreneurs to build their dreams.

Manufacturing Program Associate
Connor is a Pittsburgh born and raised entrepreneur. After starting, scaling, and exiting his food manufacturing business; he became passionate about helping other entrepreneurs. He now manages the Scalable Grant Program, Innovation Adoption Program, and Manufacturing Intern Program. He also has a consulting firm to help fellow food entrepreneurs navigate the hot kitchens of business.

Andrew comes from the lobster state of Maine. He is a seasoned robotics engineer specializing in sustainable development solutions and is passionate about leveraging robotics technology for social impact. With a dedication to creating cutting-edge tools, he aims to empower communities and drive positive change for the regional economy.
